A new entertainment and theatre program will be offered onboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s ships starting in 2019.
To “exceed the expectations” of the company’s guests, the changes aim to “elevate the offerings.”

The email noted that focusing resources and attention on the new offerings is crucial in the scenario. Consequently, several production shows will be canceled, including:
– From July 7, 2023, Norwegian Gem won’t offer Swing anymore.
– Changing from August 16, 2023 to October 11, 2023, World Beat will no longer be offered on Norwegian Spirit and Norwegian Sun.
– From September 25, 2023, Norwegian Jewel will no longer offer velvet.
– From October 11, 2023, What the World Needs Now will no longer be offered onboard the Norwegian Star.
– On October 28, 2023, the Norwegian Joy will no longer offer Footloose
– On November 4, 2023, Showdown will no longer be offered onboard the Norwegian Dawn.
– From January 26, 2024, and February 24, 2024, we will no longer offer Six on aboard Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Bliss.
