Azamara Cruises recently announced a new promotion that offers guests a $500 onboard credit along with a choice between complimentary Wi-Fi or a Premium Beverage Package for those booking a veranda or suite.
The offer is available for select sailings booked between August 22 and October 30, 2024.
The onboard credit can be used by travelers for Azamara’s shore excursions, which provide extended port stays and access to unique, lesser-known destinations.
Some of the highlighted shore excursions include:
- A visit to the Nelson Mandela Capture Site in Durban, South Africa, as part of the Azamara Quest’s 12-night South Africa Intensive Voyage. This excursion covers the historic site where Nelson Mandela was arrested in 1962.
- A Whale Watch Safari by helicopter in Kaikoura, New Zealand, offered on the Azamara Pursuit’s 14-night New Zealand Intensive Voyage. The excursion includes a helicopter tour over Kaikoura’s Whale Sanctuary, providing extended views of whales and a scenic coastal landing.
- A tour of an Orange Tree Farm in Valencia, Spain, featured on the Azamara Quest’s 11-night Spain Intensive Voyage. Guests can explore Carcaixent’s orange heritage, visit a 19th-century orchard, and sample fresh marmalades.
- A Kobe Beef Dinner Experience in Kobe, Japan, part of the Azamara Pursuit’s 14-night Japan Intensive Voyage, which includes sampling a traditional Kobe beef dinner, renowned as a culinary highlight of the region.
