Oceania’s Expanding Fleet Opens up New Deployment Opportunities

By Cruise Booking Team

Oceania Cruises is proud to announce the new Vista ship, which will add more itinerary options to the company’s product lineup in 2023 as the new ship will expand the company’s presence on the European market before heading North.

This ship’s maiden program begins in May and will include 16 cruises in a total of 24 countries, with itineraries spanning 24 different countries. The cruise will also take you to destinations in Europe, including the Spanish, French, Italian, and Greek Rivieras, as well as Turkey, Israel, and the Greek Islands. Additionally, the Vista will be cruising around the Canary Islands, the British Isles, as well as the wine regions of Spain, Portugal, and France.

At the beginning of September, the Vista will cross the Atlantic Ocean. It will then sail through the Canadian and New England regions before commencing a series of Panama Canal cruises in mid-October.

It’s a new ship for the company, and its inaugural season is concluded with a four-month program in the Caribbean. The new vessel, which makes its debut out of Miami, travels to both Western and Eastern Caribbean itineraries.

The Riviera will be heading to Asia for the winter season 2023-24 after taking the Vista’s place in North America. The ship goes through the Middle East, then to India, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines after transiting through the Middle East. Oceania announced that the program would include 25 unique voyages ranging in length from 10 to 82 days. Oceania said in the statement that the program was designed to meet guest demand in the region.

There will be 121 sailings offered on the four oceania ships – Oceania Regatta, Oceania Insignia, Oceania Nautica – during this winter season, completing their existing winter schedule. The four ships will be offering 121 sailings on their winter schedule.

There will be more Grand Voyages offered by Oceania in 2023, including a 33-day itinerary in Europe, as well as a new version of Oceania’s 180-day world cruise. In addition to sailing from Venice to Barcelona, the Marina also provides a “trip of a lifetime” that is designed to “encapsulate the highlights of the Eastern Mediterranean and Holy Lands like never before,” according to the company.

With its departure from Port of Los Angeles in October, the cruise includes visits to 28 different ports in 10 different countries, including a stop over in Istanbul. In addition to visiting 28 ports in 10 countries, the cruise’s itinerary also includes a 35-day circumnavigation of Australia on board the Regatta in December.

Already available for bookings, Oceania’s 2024-25 season includes 157 voyages.

It is expected that Oceania will offer cruises ranging from seven to 200 days in length, visiting more than 300 ports of call, including 14 new ports, as well as somewhere in between 30 to 50 destinations, according to Oceania.

In addition to the generous range of voyages offered, the company also offers destination immersion, with a wide range of voyages available that focus on singular destinations such as the Amazon, Brazilian coastal villages, the Arabian Peninsula, Japan and an extensive circumnavigation of Australia.

The program for the period of 2024-25 offers seven Grand Voyages with cruise lengths ranging from 50 days to 111 days, as well as a 79-day cruise from California to the continent of Australia.
