Carnival Cruise Line announced that it has opened bookings for its 2026-27 sailings from Tampa and Mobile, which will include cruises to The Bahamas, the Caribbean, and the Panama Canal.
Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, stated that as America’s cruise line, they continue to sail from more U.S. homeports than any other line. She emphasized that the 2026-27 offerings from Tampa and Mobile reflect the company’s commitment to providing guests with the convenience of sailing from homeports that are within a short drive. Duffy also noted, “With a variety of itineraries, many of which feature our own unique destinations Celebration Key and Half Moon Cay, our guests will have plenty of great vacation options, and our travel advisor partners will have some unique experiences to offer their clients.”
Carnival Cruise Line will continue its 30-year tradition of year-round sailing from Tampa in 2026-27, with the Carnival Paradise based in Tampa year-round and the Carnival Legend offering seasonal sailings.
Carnival Paradise will feature a range of cruises, including four-day Western Caribbean itineraries, four- to six-day Bahamas cruises, and five- to six-day Western Caribbean voyages, visiting destinations such as Cozumel, Mahogany Bay, Belize, Grand Cayman, Celebration Key, Princess Cays, and Nassau.
Between November 2026 and March 2027, the Carnival Legend will operate various Western Caribbean and Bahamas itineraries from Tampa, including six- and seven-day cruises to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Costa Maya, Belize, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Mahogany Bay, Celebration Key, Half Moon Cay, and Nassau. The schedule also includes three eight-day Western Caribbean sailings and two eight-day Panama voyages with stops in Limon, Costa Rica; Grand Cayman; and Colon, Panama. Guests on these Panama cruises will have the option to purchase shore excursions to tour the Panama Canal. Additionally, a 13-day Carnival Journeys cruise to Panama will be offered, featuring ports in Aruba, Curacao, Amber Cove, and Colon.
Carnival Spirit will return to Mobile for its seasonal homeport, starting with a special 16-day Carnival Journeys cruise transiting the Panama Canal, departing from Seattle on October 8, 2026, with stops in Cabo San Lucas, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, and Cartagena, Colombia. Earlier in the year, Carnival will offer a Carnival Journeys sailing from Mobile to Seattle in April 2026, marking the first cruises connecting the ship’s two seasonal homeports before its summer series in Alaska.
From October 2026 to March 2027, Carnival Spirit will resume its seasonal schedule from Mobile, featuring six-, seven-, and eight-day Bahamas cruises. The six-day cruises will include stops at Celebration Key and either Nassau, Bimini, or Princess Cays. The seven-day cruises will visit Celebration Key, Key West, and either Half Moon Cay or Princess Cays and Nassau. The eight-day cruises will feature Key West, Celebration Key, Nassau, and either Half Moon Cay or Princess Cays.
