The Carnival Dream will debut its new dining room offerings on Tuesday, June 20.
As well as steakhouse selections, the updated menu includes new entrees, appetizers, and desserts.
The Carnival Dream will serve the following dishes:
– Noodles with honey barbecue sauce and beef spring rolls;
– Served with avocado, edamame, rice, and spicy sauce, Hawaiian Shrimp Poke;
– Scallions and mashed potatoes with Southern Fried Chicken;
– Garlic and parmesan spaghetti carbonara;
– With mozzarella, basil, and crushed tomatoes, eggplant cutlet la Parmigiana;
– Steaks of New York Strip;
– Griddled lamb chops;
– Pie with Nana;
– Sorbets and ice creams are available.
Earlier this month, Carnival Cruise Line announced that it would add nearly 60 new entrée presentations to its main dining room menus.
Chef Emeril Lagasse led Carnival’s culinary team in creating the updated menus.
