The Carnival Venezia is showing off her new hull livery ahead of the launch of Carnival Cruise Line’s “Fun Italian Style” offering. With a nod to the ship’s Costa Cruises roots, the red stripe on the hull has been painted yellow, matching the yellow on the funnel on the boat.
Aside from Carnival’s unique take on the Carnival livery, guests can expect to enjoy fun inspired by the ship’s Italian design with the same warm hospitality as most of Carnival’s ships.
Once Carnival Venezia’s enhancements at Navantia are complete, the ship will set sail for 15-day Carnival Journeys transatlantic sailings, departing Barcelona on May 29, 2023, and arriving at Manhattan Cruise Terminal in New York City on June 18, 2023. From June 15 to 20, 2023, the ship will cruise to Bermuda on its first voyage from New York.
