The Southern Europe region has been assigned Luigi Stefanelli as associate vice president by Costa Cruises.
The Italian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese markets will be handled by Stefanelli, according to a press release.
Stefanelli will attempt to ensure the profitability and sustainable growth of the region in his new position.
Costa Cruises’ senior vice president and chief commercial officer, Roberto Alberti, said this appointment would boost the commercial development of the Southern Europe Region. As a result of Luigi’s extensive international experience in recent years, we are confident that our commercial strategy will be executed even more effectively because these markets play a fundamental role for us.
According to Costa Cruises, Stefanelli gained valuable experience from working in Asia and Europe.
In addition to his previous roles as general manager for Spain and Portugal, he will also continue to serve as general manager for France.
Before joining the Italian company, Stefanelli worked in different countries where the company operates.
