On September 28, 2023, Costa Cruises was announced as the Official Cruise Line for the 2023 Ryder Cup.
As part of its Ryder Cup Village presence, Costa Cruises will offer an interactive putting challenge, where visitors will have the opportunity to challenge themselves on the course.
In addition to the excitement of the Ryder Cup, guests onboard the Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda can also witness the final days of the competition, which end on October 1.
The cruise line is also offering the Cruise and Golf package during the Ryder Cup, which provides guests with the opportunity to play golf at some of the most prestigious golf clubs in the Mediterranean and United Arab Emirates while aboard the Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda during their calls.
In Italy, France and Spain, guests can select from 24 itineraries, including Marco Simone Golf and Country Club, Circolo del Golf Roma Acquasanta, the Garlenda Golf Club in Savona, the Genova Sant’Anna Golf Club, the Real Club de Golf El Prat in Barcelona, the Son Gual Golf in Palma de Mallorca, and the Golf Bastide de la Salette in Marseille.
It is anticipated that Costa Toscana guests will have the opportunity to tour up to four of the 15 most prestigious golf clubs in Dubai, Oman, and Doha during the upcoming winter season. Dubai’s Emirates Golf Club, the Yas Links Golf Club in Abu Dhabi, the Almouj Golf Club and the Ghala Golf Club in Muscat, and the Doha Golf Club are just some of the golf clubs in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar.
A special offer is available for golfers on Costa Smeralda and Costa Toscana, including restaurants such as Archipelago and spas and beauticians on board “Solemio”.
