Disney Cruise Line has provided new information about the Disney Imagination Garden, a central themed area on the Disney Adventure, set to launch from Singapore in 2025. According to the company, the open-air garden will feature landscapes inspired by Disney stories, a three-deck-tall storybook castle art piece, and a state-of-the-art theatrical stage. The area will also include two quick-service eateries, a bar, and staterooms with garden views.
Laura Cabo, portfolio executive creative director at Walt Disney Imagineering, described the Disney Imagination Garden as “the heart and soul of the Disney Adventure, where our guests will interact with our Disney, Pixar and Marvel stories in a whole new way,” highlighting the size and scale of the space, which allowed for innovative experiential design. Cabo mentioned that the garden will include all-new entertainment, dining options, and magical surprises, all rooted in Disney’s storytelling legacy and designed to inspire guests to create their own magical experiences.
The Disney Imagination Garden is one of seven themed areas on the upcoming Disney Adventure, each offering unique experiences and characters. This area will feature a storybook-inspired garden with paper-cut-out styled landscapes, including flowers, topiaries, and trees. Key elements include a Garden Stage for live entertainment, a grand staircase with amphitheater-style seating, and a courtyard bar with a Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey Mouse topiary.
The company also noted that more details about the other themed areas, such as Disney Discovery Reef and Marvel Landing, will be revealed later.
Guests staying in Garden View staterooms will have exclusive verandah views of the Disney Imagination Garden. The Garden Stage will host all-day entertainment, including the signature show “Avengers Assemble!” featuring Deadpool and Marvel Super Heroes. Additionally, two themed quick-service eateries, Mowgli’s Eatery and Gramma Tala’s Kitchen, will offer Indian and Pacific cuisine inspired by The Jungle Book and Moana, respectively, both with views of the Garden Stage.
