Holland America Line is ‘Home Away from Home’ for the Holidays

According to Holland America Line, guests can make a ship their home-away-from-home this holiday season.

 Holland America Line offers special fares and premier onboard events for Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year’s.

Holiday sailings with Holland America Line offer guests the chance to explore exciting destinations during the day, and then enjoy traditional meals and celebrations at night. Holiday cruise guests can enjoy the following activities:

• Take part in the 11-Day Eastern Caribbean Wayfarer Holiday cruise with a traditional Thanksgiving Feast of turkey, stuffing, and pie. The flight departs from Fort Lauderdale on Nov. 18, 2023, for a roundtrip itinerary.
• Christmas is a great time to experience the 22-day South America and Antarctica holiday aboard the Oosterdam. For four days, including Christmas Day, guests will travel through South America and Antarctica. It departs Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Dec. 16, 2023, and sails to San Antonio, Chile.
• On the 19-Day Panama Canal Sunfarer/Eastern Caribbean Sailing, spend the first day of Hanukkah at the oldest synagogue still in continuous use in the Americas, the Mikve Israel-Emmanuel Synagogue. A roundtrip flight from Fort Lauderdale departs on Dec. 3, 2023.
• Explore Nha Trang, Vietnam, onboard the Westerdam’s 14-Day Far East Discovery Holiday. A special New Year’s celebration will take place onboard the ship on Dec. 23, 2023, during which you will visit Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
