With MSC Bellissima, MSC Cruises will sail in Japan year-round.
As part of the 15th-anniversary celebration, the line opened sales for its first winter sailing program in Japan and celebrated the start of its summer in Japan in Yokohama.
As a result of its year-round cruises, MSC Cruises now offers the most cruise capacity in Japan and is poised to become the market leader.
Yokohama will host eight- to nine-night cruises this summer, followed by 11-, nine- and six-night voyages in winter 2023-24.
From January through March 2024, the ship will be based in Naha/Okinawa for cruises within Japan and to Taiwan (China), offered in lengths varying from four to five nights.
As well as Okinawa, a tropical island known for its beaches, coral reefs, and tropical climate; Ishigaki, another island known for its coral reefs; and Miyako Island, an underwater cavern destination.
The MSC Bellissima will also visit Taiwan’s mountainous surroundings.
