MSC Cruises has announced the introduction of Cliffhanger, the sea’s first-ever swing ride that extends over the water, set to make its grand appearance aboard the MSC World America upon its launch in April 2025.
Positioned prominently on the ship’s highest deck within the Family Aventura zone, the attraction boasts a structure that will elevate riders beyond the ship’s boundary, swinging them out and over the ocean from a height of 160 feet, with seating available for four individuals at a time.
The christening of MSC World America is scheduled for April 9, 2025, at Port Miami. For its maiden season, the vessel will embark from Miami on seven-night voyages, exploring the Eastern and Western Caribbean regions. These journeys will consistently include visits to the Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, a secluded island retreat owned by MSC Cruises located in The Bahamas.
