Oceania Cruises Lists New 2024-25 Sailings to Africa and Asia

By Cruise Booking Team

Oceania Cruises has recently announced the launch of three novel itineraries aboard the Riviera, set to explore the diverse continents of Africa and Asia in 2024 and 2025, as detailed in a recent press release.

These new journeys include a 59-day Grand Voyage, offering guests an opportunity to discover less-traveled ports across Africa and Asia. Departing from Barcelona, the Riviera will first call at the Canary Islands, then journey along Africa’s western coast, stopping at ports in Senegal, Gambia, and Ghana, and featuring an overnight stay in Walvis Bay, Namibia. The voyage continues with a night in Cape Town, followed by visits to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania; the Seychelles; Maldives; Thailand; and Malaysia, culminating in Singapore.

Frank A Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises, expressed excitement about these extensive, destination-rich voyages: “These longer, destination-immersive voyages offer curious, well-traveled guests the chance to explore some of the most off-the-beaten-path ports in the world, all from the elegant surroundings of Riviera. Sailing from Europe to Asia, via both coasts of Africa, is a true bucket list journey, combining iconic cities and unknown gems, with our incredible onboard service and the best value in luxury cruising, these voyages are hard to resist.”
