According to a statement, Princess Cruises is now Porsche Club of America’s (PCA)’s Official Cruise Vacation Partner.
During PCA’s annual Werks Reunion on Amelia Island, Florida, Princess Celebrations Ambassador Jill Whelan and Ruby Princess Captain Mario Tani announced the news.
With this agreement, Princess Cruises and PCA expanded their existing relationship, which was announced in 2022.
Princess Cruises’ president, John Padgett, said, “We recognized that since our members and guests share a passion for making connections, traveling, and experiencing incredible machines, we had created something extraordinary.” Our partnership with PCA has reached an all-new level on land and at sea because we are now PCA’s Official Cruise Vacation Partner.”
Princess Cruises, which visits 330 destinations across seven continents, will offer even more opportunities for PCA members.
Additionally, PCA members will have access to exclusive vacation deals booked through a travel concierge dedicated exclusively to PCA members at annual car shows.
In collaboration with Princess Cruises, PCA was the first club to host member-centric activities on board. All those involved in planning this year’s Treffen at Sea share our members’ passion for Porsche, and that enthusiasm can be seen in their confidence,” said Aaron Ambrosino, PCA president.
With this new partnership, Princess will plan special cruises exclusively for PCA members throughout the year, with PCA Treffen at Sea set for December 9, 2023, on the Sky Princess sailing roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale. In addition to visiting Cozumel and Costa Maya, guests will also be able to explore Belize and Mahogany Bay (Roatan). Several PCA’s national events will also feature Princess.
Princess Cruises has integrated well into PCA’s family in such a short period. Vu Nguyen, PCA’s executive director, said the partnership is extraordinary and sets the bar high for future PCA events.
