In 2024 and 2025, Princess Cruises will set prices at their lowest levels ever, with plans to increase them in the future.
It differs from the previous cruise industry model, which offered discounts closer to departure, by focusing on early bookers.
As consumer demand increases, we will always award guests who lock in their Princess cruise vacations well in advance with our new pricing approach,” said Terry Thornton, chief commercial officer of Princess Cruises.
Princess cruises are no longer available at last-minute deep discounts near departure dates. Now is the best time to book,” he said.
With the intention of providing competitive pricing in the industry, Princess introduced a promotion they are calling Best Price Guarantee for the upcoming seasons. The company will match any lower price found for the same cruise and stateroom category.
The Princess Promotions program also allows guests to lock in today’s pricing for future vacations without locking in specific dates or itinerary if they are uncertain of their departure date. Third and fourth guests sharing a stateroom have also been offered lower prices by Princess.
A variety of Princess cruise destinations are included in the price changes and promotions, such as the Caribbean, Alaska, Panama Canal, Mexican Riviera, Europe, South America, Australia and New Zealand, the South Pacific, Hawaii, Asia, Canada and New England, and Antarctica, as well as Princess’ world cruises.
