For the Diamond Princess’ upcoming deployment in Singapore, Princess Cruises will introduce the Medallion-Class vacation experience to celebrate a decade of service in Southeast Asia.
Diamond Princess will return to Singapore from December 2023 through March 2024 for cruises lasting 10+ to 14 days, allowing guests to celebrate festivities including Christmas and New Year onboard.
There will be celebrations at Thai ports Koh Samui, Phuket, and Laem Chabang (Bangkok), Vietnamese ports Danang/Hue, Phu My, and Nha Trang, as well as Malaysian ports Penang, Port Klang, and Langkawi.
With two repositioning cruises to Singapore scheduled, Diamond Princess will sail roundtrip from Yokohama to 35 destinations in three countries.
With stops in Osaka, Toba, Keelung (Taipei), Hong Kong, Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Phu My (Ho Chi Minh City), the 15-day journey from Yokohama arrives in Singapore on December 16, 2023. Diamond Princess’s 2024 Japan season and cherry blossom season will begin on March 5, 2024 with a 13-day cruise to Yokohama arriving on March 18, 2024.
Itineraries with 36 departure dates are listed as 31 in a statement.
The Royal Princess will also make her Japan debut in 2024, becoming the first Royal Class ship in the region.
A contest called “All You Love” will run from October 30 to December 31, 2023, in celebration of these milestones and the upcoming launch of Sun Princess.
