Regent Seven Seas Cruises debuts Prime 7 on the Seven Seas Grandeur

Taking place onboard the Seven Seas Grandeur, Prime 7 will debut in November 2023 on Regent Seven Seas Cruises ships.

As an homage to the classic New York steakhouses of the 19th and 20th centuries, the venue features an entry wall adorned with antique travel cases and black-and-white photography and details such as Persian carpets, residential-style lighting, and memorabilia.

Prime 7 features dry-aged beef, such as prime New York strip, porterhouse, and filet mignon. Other options include whole Maine lobster, Dover sole, and New Zealand double-cut lamb chops. Additionally, guests can enjoy a selection of delicacies such as Black Angus Beef steak tartare with truffle-beer bread, jumbo lump crab cakes with tartar sauce and lemon, and jumbo shrimp with a citrus cocktail sauce.
