Royal Caribbean International has revealed inaugural itineraries for the eagerly anticipated Star of the Seas, the next vessel in the Icon Class set to set sail in August 2025. Departing from Port Canaveral, Florida, this LNG-powered marvel will offer thrilling seven-night cruises.
Following the Utopia of the Seas’ debut in the short cruise market from Port Canaveral in summer 2024, the Star of the Seas’ itineraries promise unforgettable experiences. Alongside Caribbean ports, the voyages feature visits to the acclaimed private island ‘Perfect Day’ at CocoCay in the Bahamas.
These much-awaited cruises are now open for booking on Royal Caribbean’s website. Crown & Anchor Society loyalty members have exclusive access to reserve their spots today before the official opening on Wednesday, Dec. 6.
The available itineraries boast diverse destinations across the Western and Eastern Caribbean, including Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis; Cozumel, Mexico; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; Roatan, Honduras; and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Every journey also promises a stopover at Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s stunning private island escape featuring an array of attractions like 13 waterslides and the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean.
The Star’s debut at Port Canaveral signifies Royal Caribbean’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. With Icon’s initial offerings in October 2022 generating immense consumer interest, the company continues to fuel anticipation by expanding its presence in two premier travel destinations. The Icon of the Seas sails from Miami, while the Star of the Seas embarks from the greater Orlando area, further amplifying Royal Caribbean’s impressive cruise lineup.
