Silversea Opens Bookings for 2027 World Cruise

Silversea has announced the opening of general sales for its 2027 World Cruise, titled “The Three Oceans,” set to sail aboard the Silver Dawn.

The 149-day voyage will cover 80 destinations, the most extensive itinerary in the company’s history, and will connect 50 UNESCO World Heritage Sites across 35 countries. The Silver Dawn is scheduled to depart from Los Angeles on January 8 and arrive in Copenhagen on June 7, 2027. The itinerary includes 20 new ports of call for a Silversea World Cruise, such as Langebaan in South Africa, Hambantota in Sri Lanka, and San Sebastian in Spain.

Bert Hernandez, president of Silversea, highlighted that the company’s World Cruises and extended voyages are designed to visit the most captivating and enriching destinations at optimal times of the year. These journeys create once-in-a-lifetime experiences through unique destination expertise. The 2027 world tour includes 11 overnight stays in locations such as Honolulu, Papeete, Colombo, Cape Town, Singapore, and Bordeaux, with late departures scheduled for two-thirds of all visited destinations. Shore experiences curated by Silversea’s destination experts will be available, allowing guests to discover places like the city of Kandy, the Old Town of Galle, Sigiriya (Lion’s Rock), and the Sinharaja Forest Reserve.

Exclusive events for the world cruise range from two-night overland experiences from Durban to Port Elizabeth, to a musical performance at St. Anne’s Cathedral in Belfast, and a bon voyage gala dinner.
