Just because you're on the cruise, that doesn't mean you can't keep up your health and fitness. Disney Dream has equipped with top-of-the-line recreational areas that include pools, fitness centre, spa, salon, and sports deck.
The Spa on Disney Dream is spread over two decks and has a 16,000 sq. ft. area. It provides treatment rooms, lavish spa villas, an oceanview gym, and rainforests.
The fitness center onboard provides a full-service facility, including aerobics, yoga, and Pilates classes, as well as health seminars. There are also weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and personal trainers to guide you while you are on vacation.
Goofy's Sports Deck is an open-air sports deck on deck 13. It has various activities according to age groups. You can enjoy 9-hole miniature golf and virtual games such as soccer, tennis, and basketball. There is also a full-size basketball court, volleyball court, and soccer for younger kids.
Aquaduck is the first transparent tube water coaster at sea that features 250 yards of tubing that sends you twisting and turning over the top of different decks and out over the ocean. The coaster is 765 feet long and features 4 deck drops.
This midship family pool has a maximum depth of 5 ft., making it perfect for adults and children. The pool surrounds some lounge chairs and cast members and offers activities throughout the day.
This pool is specially designed for the Little Mouseketeers, with a continuous filtration system designed for a swim diaper set. The area is under Mickey Mouse's hand, where small kids and toddlers can enjoy splashing into the water.
This cove pool is adult-only (18 or 18+). There are two oversized whirlpools and a spa on one side of the decks for relaxing. On Dream, cove pool has an elegant bar where you can enjoy cocktails without getting wet in the pool.
It is a children's play area next to the Mickey Pool. It limits the number of enters to prevent your child from escaping from that area. Nemo's reed represents Dory, Nemo, and Marlin characters that spray water and a mini-size Mr. Ray water slide.
