Wrap yourself in a plush bathrobe, relax on a teak bed in the glass-enclosed meditation area, and enjoy the stunning views from above. A private spa treatment room is right next door. With soft, warm lighting dotted with delicate flower petals, guests can enjoy rejuvenating treatments such as Balinese lava stone massage, shiatsu, and reflexology. Afterwards, relax completely in the spa's saunas, steam baths and whirlpools.

These include something for everyone—no matter age, fitness level, or sporting preference—so you can maintain your fitness regime or try something new during your cruise.
- Atmosphere Pool: This large outdoor swimming pool is located on deck 12. It has a surround area with loungers, easy access to the water, and plenty of sunbathing area. The atmosphere pool has a great vibe, with activities and entertainment going on regularly.
- Horizon Pool: This pool is located at the back of the ship on deck 11. It has a sea view and a very relaxed atmosphere, perfect for chilling and enjoying the ocean view.
- Safari Indoor Pool: This indoor pool has a comfortable temperature, so you can swim anytime, even when the weather doesn’t permit it. The roof is retractable, so in good weather, you can enjoy it like an outdoor pool. Located on deck 12.
- Wild Forest Aquapark: It’s one of the sea’s largest water parks, with slides for every age, from tandem slides and a splash pool to interactive water zones. Great for families and friends alike.
- Whirlpools: MSC Grandiosa has at least six whirlpools to be found across the ship. These hot tubs are perfect for relaxing and soaking up the views of the ocean as you sip a drink.
- MSC Gym: Guests can enjoy the onboard gym, which is equipped with the latest generation Technogym® equipment and offers discounted fitness classes from yoga to high-intensity interval training. So you’re truly spoilt for choice and can continue your regular workout routine.
- MSC Aurea Spa: The onboard spa is the perfect place to treat yourself to one of the many treatments on offer, from massages to facials and nail treatments. There’s also a thalasso room and a thermal area with a sauna, steam room, and relaxation area.
- Barbershop and Salon: Guests can get groomed and polished at the onboard barbershop and salon. Haircuts, styling, manicures, and pedicures are among the many services offered.
- Thalasso Room: This room is part of the MSC Aurea Spa and uses seawater to help promote a sense of wellness and deep relaxation.
- Thermal Area: This designated thermal area offers saunas, steam baths, and even heated loungers. Deep relaxation and detoxification are key here.
- Sports Court: This flexible space is where guests can play basketball, tennis, soccer, and so much more. It’s a fabulous place to get some exercise and even have a little friendly competition with other travelers.
