Medical Facilities
While MSC fleets are well-equipped with medical facilities, please note the following:
- Passengers are requested to bring their own medicines and keep them in their hand luggage.
- A medical center is open during advertised times, but it cannot handle births or pregnancy complications.
- For safety reasons, women who have reached or exceeded the 24th week of pregnancy by the end of the cruise cannot be admitted.
Dietary Requirements

- Gourmet, kosher, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements are available.
- Vegetarian menus and pre-packed kosher meals are freshly prepared onboard.
Dress Code

- Appropriate clothing is required when visiting religious sites, including covered shoulders and knees and avoiding low-cut tops.
Smoking Policy
MSC Preziosa has specific smoking policies to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests:
- Smoking and e-cigarettes are only permitted in designated areas.
- Smoking is not allowed in cabins, balconies, or any areas not expressly indicated by signage and ashtrays.
- Repeated violations of smoking policies may result in disembarkation.
