- Contact Special Services 90 days before sailing for arrangements.
- Sterling Kosher Catering provides up to 70 kosher meal options.
- USDA-certified Glatt kosher meats and Grade A produce.
- Prepared under strict Rabbinical supervision and daily USDA inspection.
- Frozen, double-wrapped meals reheated in non-kosher ovens.
- Served on kosher china with appropriate utensils.
- Additional kosher meats are available, cooked to preference.
- Note: Onboard preparation is not in a kosher kitchen.
Onboard Service
- Kosher meals are served only in the Grand Dining Room.
- Contact the Maître d' upon boarding.
- Kosher meals are not available in other restaurants.

Disabled Facilities
Medical Conditions & Special Needs
- Notify Oceania Cruises if you have a medical condition requiring treatment or special attention.

Mobility Considerations
- Some ports may not be accessible for guests with limited mobility.
- Debarkation with wheelchairs or scooters may not be possible at certain locations.
- Women beyond the sixth month of pregnancy cannot be accommodated.
Health & Travel Requirements
- Oceania Cruises reserves the right to deny or revoke passage for:
- Guests are deemed physically, mentally, or emotionally unfit for travel.
- Situations where onboard care may be insufficient.

Onboard Clothing Guidelines
- Daytime: Resort or country club casual attire is recommended.
Evening Dining Attire
- Elegant casual resort wear is suggested.
- Not permitted in restaurants after 6 PM: Casual jeans, Shorts, T-shirts, Baseball caps (except in the Terrace Café), Tennis shoes.
- Terrace Café Exception: Baseball caps are allowed after 6 PM.

Age Restrictions
Children & Teenagers Onboard
- Children and teens are welcome.
- No dedicated amenities or facilities for younger guests.
- The experience focuses on providing adults with a relaxing, sophisticated atmosphere.
Alcoholic Beverages
- Guests must be 21 or older to purchase and consume alcohol.
- Oceania Cruises may prohibit or retain alcohol brought onboard from ashore.
Ages 18–20
- May consume beer and wine in international waters (3 miles outside US territory).
Restrictions
- Alaska/New England sailings: No alcohol consumption.
- Caribbean sailings: Beer and wine consumption permitted once outside US waters.
Aquamar Spa & Vitality Center
- Access is restricted to guests 18 years or older.
Fitness Center
- Ages 16–17: You may use equipment if you are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Under 16: Not permitted in the Fitness Center.
Alcohol Policy
Age Restrictions
- 21 years or older: Allowed to purchase and consume alcohol.
- 18–20 years: Can purchase and consume beer or wine in international waters (3 miles outside U.S. waters).
- Not permitted to consume alcohol on Alaska or New England sailings.
- For Caribbean cruises, beer and wine are allowed once outside U.S. territorial waters.
Bringing Wine Onboard
- Allowance: Up to 6 bottles of wine per stateroom per cruise.
- Applies to wine brought from home or purchased ashore.
- Notify the ship in advance when bringing wine onboard.
Consumption
- The privacy of their stateroom or suite.
- Ship dining rooms (subject to a $25 corkage fee per bottle).
General Guidelines
- Alcohol consumption should be done in moderation.
- Oceania Cruises reserves the right to retain or prohibit any alcohol brought onboard from ashore.
Medical Facilities
Onboard Medical Facilities
- Ships have limited medical facilities with international medical staff.
- Standard Emergency Room fees apply based on the services provided.
Medical Staff Qualifications
- Doctors meet American College of Emergency Physicians and ICCL standards:
- Valid physician licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical practice in general/emergency medicine.
- Board certification in emergency cure, family practice, or internal medicine.
- Advanced skills in life support and cardiac care.
Included Medical Services
- Visits and admissions to the onboard Medical Center.
- Medical services are usually charged separately.
- Onboard medical tests (e.g., X-rays, ECGs, lab work).
- Medications prescribed by the onboard doctor.
Exclusions
- Prescription refills not ordered by the onboard doctor.
- Costs for transfers to land-based medical facilities.
- Emergency medical evacuation expenses (transport, medical escort, etc.).
- Charges from external providers (e.g., Cleveland Clinic consults, shore-based referrals).
Smoking Policy
Designated Smoking Areas
- Pool Deck: Forward, starboard corner.
- Horizons Lounge: Aft, port corner.
- These areas are comfortably furnished and near food and beverage locations.
Prohibited Areas
Smoking is strictly forbidden:
- In all staterooms and suites
- On verandas
- In all public areas, including restaurants, the Casino, and lounges
Guests violating this policy:
- Maybe disembarked at the next port.
- Will incur additional fees for damage or cleaning.
Cigar & Pipe Smoking
- Permitted only on the forward, starboard corner of the Pool Deck.
Electronic Cigarettes
- Use is restricted to Designated Smoking Areas only.
Wi-Fi & Internet Access
Available Throughout the Ship
- Wi-Fi is accessible in all suites, staterooms, public rooms, and outdoor decks.
Complimentary Access
- One login per guest, with a maximum of two logins per suite/stateroom (one login for solo travelers).
- Each login is valid for use on one device at a time.
Additional Logins
- Available for 3rd and 4th guests in suites or staterooms.
- Upgrade packages for additional logins are available for purchase.
Internet Centers
- Oceania@Sea Internet Center has internet-enabled computers available on many ships.
Starlink High-Speed Wi-Fi
