The Restaurant
The dining establishment is a stunning upper-class food and beverage outlet offering numerous types of food. Its menu lists mouth-watering dishes made by the professional culinary experts in the restaurant. The restaurant uses an open seating concept whereby the guests are free to eat at any time, place or with any person of their preference. There will always be attendant friendly and informed staff who are willing to help and give a nice experience in the entire dining affair. The Eating Place is ideal to come with your loved ones and enjoy a great meal.
The Colonnade
With spaces on the patio and inside for breakfasts as well as lunches, a beautiful buffet is in place. This also includes the kitchen, where customers can get different à la carte orders throughout the day and dishes that are offered on specific days. The Grill by Thomas Keller
A contemporary interpretation of the American Classics, The Grill offers a contemporary twist on all-time favorites. The vast Marco Polo dining room is packed with table-side preparation of cuisines like the Caesar salad and ice cream sundae, as well as other steakhouse staples, including but not limited to a thermidor of lobster and creamed spinach. An evergreen menu will be balanced by seasonal offerings and incorporate fresh ingredients brought in by artisan suppliers. Additionally, the food menu is enhanced with a cocktail and a wine program that incorporates both local and international brands.

In-Suite Dining
The In-Suite Dining menu is available for your convenience twenty-four (24) hours a day and seven (7) days a week. You may have dinner placed in your suite as well as on your veranda during expansive dinner service hours. There is a wide variety of menus always offered in the Seabourn Suites. Within the restaurant menu, it is possible to order dinner in one’s suite or veranda in a course-by-course manner and have it delivered.
Sushi
Indulging in a Seabourn menu is a guarantee of authentic taste without deviating from Seabourn's tradition – a good fusion of culinary skills with native cuisine. It employs the best products but with a twist that transmutes historical conventions. The sushi bar shall feature recipes fresh from the water on order for Hamachi, tuna, shrimp, and other oceanic delicacies for suppertime. Also on the card are circles of maki, sushi, sashimi, dips, caviar, and platters. Moreover, the vegetarian-style bento box will be provided alongside the meat and fish bento box. At present, meals featuring sushi are not slated for execution on board the Odyssey-class cruises.
