The centerpiece of the Explorers Lounge is Mumsens, a casual gourmet deli inspired by Norwegian cuisine, from smoked salmon and sandwiches to locally sourced charcuterie and cheese. Our daily 'Waffle Hour' offers delicious samples of our most popular waffles.
