Viking provides facilities for disabled guests but wishes all guests to understand the challenges on board and during shore excursions. When making a reservation, please inform the cruise line of any disability that requires special attention. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed onboard, except for certified therapy animals.
Dietary requirements should be communicated before departure and to the maître d’ once onboard. Guests requiring special diets, such as diabetic, gluten-free, or low-cholesterol, are encouraged to inform the cruise line. Every meal includes vegetarian options, and chefs will make reasonable efforts to accommodate specific requests.
Viking cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 and reserves the right to limit the number of children onboard between the ages of 12 and 18. Children under 18 must share a cabin with a guardian or parent on all cruises.
Viking offers complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks during lunch and dinner. Guests who enjoy premium cocktails, wines, or spirits can choose to upgrade to another drink package for additional options.
Smoking is permitted onboard Viking only in designated outdoor areas. The same policy applies to the use of e-cigarettes. Guests are requested to smoke responsibly and adhere to the specified areas.
