As of November 11, 2023, guests staying in non-suite staterooms and Junior Suites will be charged an automatic service gratuity of $18.00 USD per person per day, while guests in Suites will be charged $20.50 USD per person per day.
This gratuity is added to each guest's SeaPass account every day and applies to everyone, regardless of age or room type. It's a way to thank our crew members for their great service, and the gratuities are shared among different staff members, including those working in dining, bars, culinary services, staterooms, and other areas that make the cruise experience enjoyable.
If a guest feels they haven't received satisfactory service and want to adjust the daily gratuity, they can visit Guest Services onboard. They have the option to change the amount until the morning of their departure. Guests who have already prepaid their gratuity won't see a daily charge during their cruise.
