Waves Restaurant, situated on deck 5, provides set-time dining options, with the first seating at 5:30 pm, the second at 7:30 pm, and the third at 9:30 pm. Included in your cruise fare, this restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Panorama Restaurant, situated at the rear of deck 6, provides anytime dining for Aurea class guests from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. Additionally, Panorama has set dining times: the first seating at 5:30 pm, the second at 7:30 pm, and the third at 9:30 pm. Dinner is also served at this restaurant.

3. L’ Olivo d’Oro and L’ Olive Doree Restaurants
L’ Olivo d’Oro and L’ Olive Doree are situated on deck 6, directly opposite one another, and are virtually identical in design. These restaurants offer two dining times: an early seating at 6:00 pm and a late seating at 8:30 pm. They serve only dinner.

The chocolatier, who is also a master of chocolate, uses this space as a showcase for his and his master sous-chef’s skills, which gives him valuable real estate on the central promenade of the Galleria meraviglia. The cafe is a mix of an open kitchen, display, restaurant, and chocolate shop, with several seats by the windows where you can enjoy a cup.

You receive seven dishes and seven wines, along with your chef and sommelier. The chef creates a tailored menu with two starters, two pasta or rice dishes, two main courses, and one dessert. Each dish is paired with a different wine, and the sommelier explains each wine to you. The experience is limited to eight people.
