Certain areas of dining halls, cinemas, and other public spaces are blocked off for those with special mobility needs who are provided with seats.
Assistance will be provided only if pre-warned for transfers, boarding or disembarking from the ship or any tender vessels.

Dietary Restrictions
Special dietary needs (gluten-intolerant, vegetarian, vegan, kosher, low-salt, etc.) will be provided on request and prior notice.
There will be trained cooks and kitchen personnel to mitigate allergies and prevent cross-contact of food items.
All dining areas and buffets have allergy information on their menus and offer healthier options.
Patients with very medical restrictive diets can request special diets.
Specialty restaurants may have other special requests possible, but this should be arranged for in advance.
Dress Code
Casual: Wear comfortable and appropriate daytime attire, such as shorts, t-shirts, and swimwear.
Smart Casual: For evening functions, dress shirts, dresses, or blouses are appropriate in dining places.
Formal Nights: Guests are encouraged to wear suits, cocktail dresses, or evening wear to dinners and social gatherings.
Swimwear Policy: Swimwear is strictly permitted in the pool area only; appropriate cover-ups must be worn while transferring to the indoor premises.
Swim Attire, however, does not apply to casual-themed or occasional parties organized on board.
Smoking Regulations
Keep your tobacco products in check, restrain yourself from smoking in the designated outdoor zones and in certain parts of the gaming areas.
Any e-cigarette smoking or vape use must happen only within the smoking sections, not in other parts of the building where smoking is prohibited.
The use of tobacco is not allowed in the staterooms, balconies, as well as other indoor public areas.
Concerning violation of the smoking policy, a cleaning charge or any other punishment may be imposed.
Wi-Fi Services
Choices of internet packages are provided for subscribers on purchase and include social media, web browsing, and streaming options.
Wi-fi is provided in all areas of the ship including the staterooms and public areas or lounges.
Guests are allowed to connect different devices to the Wi-fi depending on the package they have selected.
The internet service provided by Royal Caribbean called “Voom” offers wireless internet facilities at high speeds.
Assistance “Technical support” is also provided to the guests on board in case of any connectivity issues.
Languages on Board
The use of English is the dominant language when making announcements, during activities on board, and at service meetings.
There are attendants that speak various languages to help foreign guests. Some of the languages include Spanish, German, and Italian.
Various cruise materials such as menus, and the daily program are provided in various languages upon request.
Some excursions may include tour guides speaking various languages for the guests’ pleasure.
Drinking Regulation
All guests must be over the age of 21 years to buy or drink alcohol on all United States based itineraries.
On itineraries which commence from Europe, Asia and South America, the minimum age limit may be reduced to 18 years depending on the local laws.
When ordering beer or liquor, some form of photo identification showing the person’s age may be required.
Alcohol bought at duty-free, or a port will be taken by the crew and will be returned at the end of the cruise.
Moderation in alcohol consumption is promoted, and the crew reserves the right not to serve constantly intoxicated guests.
