Umi Uma, founded by famed Master Chef Nobuyki (Nobu) Matsuhisa, is an innovative Japanese Peruvian restaurant that draws inspiration from Japanese cuisine's rich culture and Peruvian ingredients. Reservations are necessary and limited per sailing.
Osteria d'Ovidio replaces the former Prego Italian restaurant that occupied this spot-on Crystal Symphony. Whereas the latter used to serve more Americanized Italian comfort food, Osteria d'Ovidio aims to serve true Italian meals in an elegant atmosphere, such as Risotto Agli Scampi, Tortello di Stracotto di Manzo, and classic Minestrone.
The Crystal Symphony's main dining restaurant offers breakfast and dinner every day and is available for lunch on sea days. It spans the whole width of the ship on Deck 5 and serves Crystal favorites as well as a rotating menu of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, and desserts.
The Vintage Room offers guided pairings and dinners that point out the ship's extensive wine cellar. This intimate, innovative concept educates guests on exquisite wine and cuisine, giving them unique insights into the art of enology. In addition to daytime tastings and talks, visitors can schedule exclusive wine-themed lunches and dinners with the Head Sommelier.
