Wheelchair Assistance
- Wheelchair assistance is only available in emergencies.
- Guests with limited mobility must travel with a companion who can assist them.
Pets
- Pets are not permitted aboard Crystal Symphony.
Smoking Policy
- Most areas of the ship are non-smoking.
- Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Pipe and cigar smoking are allowed only in the Connoisseurs Club.
- All suites, guest rooms, and verandas are strictly non-smoking.
Dress Code on Crystal Symphony
Day Casual
Relaxed attire for a comfortable day onboard, acceptable until 18:00.
Women:
- Sundresses
- Elegant shorts
- Jeans
- T-shirts or blouses
- Linen clothing
- Swimsuits with cover-ups (away from the pool)
Men:
- Shorts
- Jeans
- T-shirts or polo shirts
- Linen clothing
- Swim shorts with a T-shirt or polo (away from the pool)
Note: Swimwear, tank tops, revealing clothing, and offensive messaging are prohibited outside designated areas.
Evening Resort
Refined evening attire for after 18:00.
Women:
- Dresses or skirts
- Pants with blouses or sweaters
- Dark-wash jeans (without rips)
- Tailored dress shorts
Men:
- Shirts or collared polo shirts
- Sweaters or blazers (optional)
- Dark-wash jeans (only with a jacket)
- Chinos or tailored shorts
Note: Flip-flops, swimwear, and hats are not permitted.
Formal Evening
A formal ship-wide event requiring cocktail chic attire (optional and available on sailings of 7+ days).

- Complimentary Restaurants: All restaurants except The Vintage Room.
Specialty Dining
- Umi Uma by Nobu Matsuhisa and Osteria d’Ovidio offer one complimentary reservation per voyage (up to 11 days). Additional reservations charges are $50 per person.
Extended Voyage Allocations
- 12–22 days: Two complimentary reservations per restaurant.
- 23+ days: Three complimentary reservations per restaurant.
Room Amenities
- Complimentary beverages (fine wines, premium spirits, specialty coffees).
- Gratuities for staff (housekeeping, dining, and bar).
- Butler service for all rooms.
- Complimentary in-suite dining menu.
- Wi-Fi access throughout the ship.
Laundry Services
- Dry cleaning is included for select suite categories.
Medical Needs
Oxygen and Medical Devices
- Guests requiring oxygen therapy must bring their equipment.
- Permitted devices include CPAP, BIPAP machines, concentrators, and nebulizers.
Carrying Medical Equipment
- Medical devices must be hand-carried and not checked in luggage.
Language Onboard
- English is the official language spoken by the crew and local guides.
- Announcements and lectures are conducted in English.
